Note: Guest Rooms are furnished. Room rates will be increased when common areas are decorated and furnished.

Policies

All rates are per room, per night and include a complimentary buffet-style continental breakfast* for two.
NYS & Local Sales tax (9.375%)will be added to all rates.
We are unable to accommodate children or pets.
The Renewable Energy Guest Home is a non-smoking facility.
Reservations require a 2-night minimum or 3-night minimum during holiday weekends.
Deposit of 50% is required to hold your suite.
Balance of rate is due (2) weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellations will receive credit for another stay.
Guests are responsible for their valuables.
The host has a docile dog and cat. 
To conserve energy, the radiant floor heating in the baths is active between 6:00 AM and 9:30 AM as well as 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM or by special arrangement.
Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
Continental Breakfast is available between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM.
*NOTE: We cannot accommodate guests who may have food allergies or specific dietary requirements.

Making a Reservation

When e-mailing, faxing or leaving a voice-mail message, please be sure to include your Name, Address, Telephone Number, Requested Arrival and Departure Date(s) and the name of the room (Sun or Wind) you are requesting.

Cash or check (payable to: The Renewable Energy Home, LLC) are preferred.  Major Credit Cards are also accepted.
