The Renewable Energy Guest Home is offering two suite-sized rooms for rent. Included in the home’s many Energy Conservation features are large ceiling fans, operable windows and operable skylights with shades in the sleeping areas. The rooms are also heated and cooled by both passive and geothermal means. To help us conserve energy during the moderate temperature range from 67°F to 75°F when the relative humidity is acceptable, the host may request that guests allow the management to open skylights and windows along with activating the ceiling fan(s). Please advise your host prior to arrival if you do not wish to participate in our ongoing Energy Conservation Program or if you are light sensitive or sound sensitive – we will be pleased to honor your request.

We have a ramp on the “Guest” Entrance (South Bay Ave.) side of the home as well as an elevator to the second floor to assist our guests with their heavy luggage items. Both suites feature electronic keypad locks. Wireless Internet is available throughout the home for your convenience.

Sun Suite

This Suite features a large bedroom and a private bath with tub/shower, water views, skylight, flat-panel television w/cable and a large clothes closet with built-in drawers, shelves and hangers. The bathroom features programmed radiant floor heating, dual-flush toilet for water conservation, well-appointed accessories, granite-top vanity and tumbled marble inlays.

Wind Suite

This Suite features a bedroom, separate sitting area with water view, private bath with tub/shower, (2) skylights, flat-panel television w/cable and (2) clothes closets with built-in drawers, shelves and hangers. The bathroom features programmed radiant floor heating, dual-flush toilet for water conservation, well-appointed accessories, granite-top vanity and tumbled marble inlays.
